Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem? IT-C have partnered with Splashtop to provide a quick and effective remote support solution for a member of our support staff to view your desktop/phone and share control of your device to get you on your way to a solution.

Step 1

Contact our support staff on 0845 388 6568 a member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem. If they need to connect to your PC they will ask you to download one of the below programs.

Step 2

A small program is being downloaded to this computer right now. If the download didn’t start, click one of the links below to download manually the remote access program.

Step 3

You will be prompted to download and run a small application which will allow our consultant to connect to your PC, the application is completely virus free and safe to use. Click the "Run" or "Open" option.

The Program will prompt you to allow it to make changes to your PC, click yes or allow

Step 4

The program will display a 9-digit number on your screen, give the number to your IT consualtant to allow them to conncet to your PC, our support technician can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Note: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
