How to Get Support
| Step 1: | Contact our support staff on 0845 388 6568 a member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem. If they need to connect to your PC they will provide you with your customer account number and direct you back to this page. |
| Step 2: | Enter your customer account number, and name into the fields below then click the "Connect to Technician" button. |
| Step 3: | You will be prompted to download and run a small application which will allow our consultant to connect to your PC, the application is completely virus free and safe to use. Click the "Run" or "Open" option. |
| Step 4: | With your permission, our support technician can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. |
| Note: | You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. *Charges may apply if you do not have an existing support contract |
