Standard Service Monday - Friday from 0830 - 1730 (excluding bank holidays)

Premier Service 24/7 cover (excluding Christmas day)

At IT-C we understand that some businesses have other requirements and we are happy to tailor a support contract to meet your particular business model.

IT-C has a target time of 30 Minutes for responding to major faults with a fix time of 16 hours. Urgent system-critical faults always get priority. Our customers also have the option of adding remote programming to your contract, allowing modifications to be made to meet changes withing your business.

Our support and maintenance contracts ensure:

  • Your issues are handled by knowledgeable and experienced staff
  • 30 minute response time with a target of 16 hours to fix major faults
  • We carry out remote system changes within 8 hours
